Ongoing issues with the Solent Go system

Dear Customer,
There is a fault in the Solent Go system which may prevent customers from adding credit to their Solent Go card using the Android app. Solent Transport and its partner authorities are aware of the fault and are reviewing the available solutions. Customers can utilise the operators’ own apps, or purchase paper tickets from the available ticket booths. We will update customers with further information when a solution has been found
