New 'Greater Portsmouth' Zone Ticket

Following agreement by the SolentGo Management Committee, which represents the local authorities and local bus operators, a new SolentGo Zone will be introduced with effect from Sunday 9 June 2024.

The new zone reflects the Portsmouth commuter zone, recognising changing patters in bus passenger behaviour and the need to be responsive to customers changing requirements of local bus services.

A daily and weekly ticket will be available, at the cost of £7.50 and £30, respectively.

Daily tickets for the new Zone will be available in both paper and M Ticket formats, with the weekly ticket available as an M Ticket only. Both versions (daily and weekly) will be sold only by Stagecoach and FirstBus.

The new ticket type will not be immediately available on the SolentGo app.
